The premise is simple: you and I hop on a call once a month to work through whatever issues or challenges you are facing in your business. I have some starting points to get the ball rolling (margins, menu design, ordering/inventory, SOP's, etc) but this is meant to meet your specific needs.

The calls are high value, meaning we work on the highest leverage issues in your business so you see immediate returns. You will have more access to me than just an hour a month, too. We will stay in touch regularly, making sure you are on the path to positive, tangible changes.
